The Bali Central Cooperative Credit Union Limited(BACCCUL)”MFI” started with two credit unions that is the BAKU and the BOH MONTOH Credit Unions. The BAKU Credit union was created by Mr. Votima Andreas after attending a cooperative meeting in Bamenda where credit union formation was among the discussed topics. Back home he discussed this idea with his quarter members.
